Fee Rules and Schedule for Payment

REGISTRATION FEE:

  • All prospective candidates seeking admission are required to pay a registration fee to register themselves however, registration does not guarantee admission which is subject to the candidates clearing the admission tests, interview etc. Registration is not refundable.
  • The fees are payable in advance from 1st to 10th of each month. A fine of Rs.100/- will be imposed on all those who fail to deposit the fee within the stipulated period. The names of those students will be struck off the rolls whose fees are not deposited for the two consecutive months. Once the names are struck off, they will only be admitted by depositing re-admission fee along with all the outstanding dues.
  • The fee for April, May is deposited in April, for June, July and August in June, for September, October in September, for November, December in November, January, February and March in January and that of Aug-Sep in September.
  • Transport charges for the month of June will be paid in full. In view of constant inflationary pressure, the fees are subject to re-view from time to time without notice and no objections will be entertained.
  • Parents are therefore requested in their own interest not to default on fees payment risking their children/wards liable to being struck off the roll.
  • Once the admission has been completed then in case of cancellation, fee will not be refunded except security fee.

Discipline

Code & Conduct

All students are expected to abide by all rules and regulations of the Academy. Breach of discipline of rules may lead to immediate expulsion from the Academy.

  • Pupils are required to be punctual and tidy.
  • Personal cleanliness and hygiene is a must.
  • No late arrival will be admitted to the class without the Principal’s permission.
  • During Academy hours, students will not be allowed to leave without special permission of the Administrator/Headmistress.
  • School will provide 10 application forms to each student at the beginning of the session. No leave shall be granted except one this particular application form.
  • Pupils should return after the holidays on the appointed day. In case of sickness medical certificate from an authorized medical attendant must be produced along with the leave application.
  • Pupils suffering from contagious or infectious disease will not be permitted to attend the Academy.
  • Pupils with irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or conduct injurious to the moral tone of Academy, consistently poor performance in academic may entail dismissal.
  • Pupils who have absented from the Academy for one month or more without permission are liable to have their names struck off the rolls and may not be re-admitted.
  • Students must take care of their belongings; Academy will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
  • No presents are to be given to the teachers by pupils or their parents/guardians.
  • Any kind of damage of the school property will have to be made good.
  • Any sort of rubbish should not be thrown on the floors. Baskets and dustbins specially provided for the purpose should be used.
  • Every child admitted to the Academy must have the complete Academy uniform, exact in colour and pattern. A pupil without proper uniform and shoes may be asked to return home/fined.

Students will be fined for the following:

  • If they don’t have copies/books, pencils/rubber etc.
  • If their books/copies are torn and dirty.
  • Not doing home work.
  • Absenting themselves without leave.
  • Reporting late in the morning.
  • Improper haircut (boys).
  • Fighting/quarreling and other such matters.

The Administrator and Headmistress has full authority to fine, punish or ask any student to leave the Academy, if felt necessary by them.

  • Grey Pants.

Girls

  • Grayish check shirt with white piping on colar, sleeves and pockets (having monogram).
